Email Templates

$60.00

When I first started my business, I realised I quickly had to learn how to run a business and how to work with my couples. I found it hard at first to strike a balance of remaining professional and friendly. I have now created template emails to help you with your initial correspondence with couples. In a series of 8 example emails, I will show you how to respond to your couples.

The following e-mails are included:

  • Response if unavailable on wedding date (A great email to send with a place to put some other recommendations down, I always put referrals here that I know will send me back work as well!)

  • Follow up to email enquiry  (A must for anyone wanting to double their chances of booking a non responsive client)

  • Follow up after meeting (Another must, a simple check in email)

  • Thanks for booking email (A great email to send to show your thanks and to show your client what to expect in the lead up to their wedding day. It also mentions a wedding bible, I suggest that you create your own for your clients as well as making a questionnaire to help you know your clients better)

  • How to prepare client for their wedding/timeline (A check in email for your client and a follow up to give you all the details for their day as well as a prompt to fill in their questionnaire)

  • Family photos & wedding preparation (A great way to ask your clients for a list for their family photos and how best to plan it)

  • Final balance & post wedding (The most polite way to ask to get paid! And to say congratulations the day after a couples wedding)

  • Album design email (This is the way I explain the wedding album process and to help my clients to understand this)

  • Send to publication (An easy way to ask your clients if they’re okay to be featured as well as to ask for all the details you’ll need to submit)

  • Usage for suppliers (This email is to send to other vendors which will mention how you want to be credited and how they can use your images)

This 18 page PDF is a great starting point for any photographer who needs a little help with finding the right emails for their couples. It will also help you to be better prepared for your couples big day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY I do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent
